Course Objectives


Upon successful completion, learners will also be equipped with competencies and capabilities to handle incidents involving crowd and vehicular traffic professionally using effective communication skills.

The Course Consists of 3 Learning Units:
• LU 1: Prepare for crowd and traffic control work activities
• LU 2: Perform crowd control 
• LU 3: Perform traffic control

Learners need to attain at least  75% attendance and pass the course to obtain the Statement of Attainment (SOA)

Minimum Entry Requirements


  • Learners are expected to be of a minimum age of 21 years old.

  • Learners should be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WPN (WorkPlace Literacy Level 3).

  • Leamers should be able to demonstrate numeracy skills at a proficiency level equivalent to WPN (WorkPlace Literacy Level 3)

  • Possess basic computer skis.

Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance into the course.
