Terms and conditions
1.All registration forms are to be completed, signed and submitted to Prospect Protection at least 3 working days before the course start date.
2. Course Schedules are subject to change if the minimum number of candidates for each class is not achieved.
3. Prospect Protection reserves the right to change the date or cancel the course run in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4.Course Fees are non refundable once attendance is taken.
5. Singaporean Citizens and PRs are required to attend at least 75% of training hours and pass the assessment to be eligible for training grant. If the claim for the grant is rejected by SSG for any reason whatsoever, the candidate shall pay the full course and assessment fees.
6. Malaysian candidates need a valid work permit and are ineligible for any government grants.
7. If candidates fail the assessment, candidates can choose to sit for re- assessment. Re-assessment has to be taken within 60 calendar days from the initial course end date. Learners can pay for the re- assessment fees via cash or PayNow. Skills Future Credit is not able to be used for re-assessment. After 60 calendar days from the course run end date, learners are required to re-sit for the full course and pay the nett fee of the course. Learners can pay for the nett fee through SkillsFuture Credit/ Paynow/ Cash.
8.Postponement of course and assessment date is allowed once only, subject to approval, based on case by case basis. If candidates fall sick on assessment date, MC must be submitted within 3 working days stating that candidate was unwell on the assessment date.
9. Upon course completion, candidates will complete a survey conducted by SSG (TRAQOM- Training Quality and Outcome Measurement)
10. Prospect Protection reseves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
11.Prospect Protection reserves the right to reject candidates that are disruptive or do not meet the entry requirements.
