Our Operations team coordinates and works with a reasonable ratio size of officers, this low ratio means we are always on hand to attend to our officers and supporting them to stay in better control of themselves. Our team is constantly updating new procedures, client policies, information, and knowledge, training and overseeing officer’s welfare and needs. Our ground operations are key to the success of our officers, as we are constantly in communication with our team so that they are never left or felt alone, and we response quickly to any challenges our officers may face or encounter, holding their hands all the way.
